We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been used or are not in their original condition.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at miiandminico@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
We will happily offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund where applicable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges for change of mind.
If applicable: The quickest way to get a different item is to return your original item and place a new order.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or refund.
